This document sets out the South of Scotland Alliance’s Competitiveness Strategy for the South of Scotland in the period 2007 – 2013 and includes input from a range of public and private sector partners.

UPDATE The Refreshed Competitiveness Strategy was launched on November 2nd 2009 at the inaugural meeting of the South of Scotland Alliance – further updates will follow shortly.
